The Path Of Least Resistance

The Path Of Least Resistance.

You repeat actions everyday. As simple as brushing your teeth or as complex as studying theoretical physics. Everything is hard at first, but with time, it becomes a routine. Your brain does efficiently what you do constantly. It's like a dirt road: The first person to cross has it the hardest. After that, every person has it easier. That's how habits work,

Your neurons follow pathways. The first time is hard because you're creating them. But then it gets too easy. We cross the path of least resistance almost without noticing. There are two sides to this: habits that give you good results with almost no effort, and habits that, over time, destroy you with almost no effort. We have to make a conscious choice.
